District 54 report- volunteers have to do a state mandatory fingerprinting process as well as the normal JDP background check. Mac said Little League international is still trying to have a better understanding of the new law that will be in place 1/1/22. When he gets more information he will provide it to Pete, District 54 would like us to find ways of getting more families involved to volunteer as umps and we also need to make sure that they sign a media release form at registration for social media.

Fall Ball Report- Still good and Maidu LL wants to do clinics next fall and inter league with us as well
Spring ball discussion-registration pricing for spring stayed the same and opening registration on 10/25/21

Franchising Discussion - Tom Bryce gave a yes for franchising presentation and Micah Abbott gave a presentation for opposing franchising. Vote was 9 opposing and 8 yes on franchising.
