Welcome to Roseville Little League

Our Mission Statement is as follows:

and community through the sport of baseball. Winning is celebrated, but always secondary to the development of skill and character.

Please read the following information prior to registering for the Spring 2026 Season: 

**RLL's standard refund process is: $50 less the registration fee if requested prior to close of registration. If requested after the close of registration, no refund is provided.**

1) In order to register your child for Little League, you will need to submit the following: a school enrollment form and a birth certificate* (not a hospital certificate-see page 2 on link) as required by Little League International. Please submit these documents during sign ups. There are no exceptions to this rule, even if you have previously submitted them. The school waiver form replaces the 3 forms of address verification and is good as long as your player attends that school. The School Enrollment Form is only good for the schools that are in the Roseville Little League Boundaries. Please Note - your child will not be able to play unless all documentation and payment has been received. Please ensure you have the required documents before you register your child(ren). You will also need to print and fill out the medical release form and give to your coach once teams have been formed.

**T-ball and Farm players are only able to friend/coach request**

2) Volunteers are needed for every team and for the league- please register in a volunteer capacity even if you want to occasionally help out. ALL volunteers are required to complete a background check, each year. This background check can be completed electronically during the registration process. Non-cleared volunteers are NOT allowed to assist in any capacity, as outlined by Little League. You will fill out the volunteer form when registering, then be sent a JDP link from our Safety Officer at a later date to fill out. Please complete BOTH forms in order to be cleared. California government has just pass a bill: (AB 506) requires "An administrator, employee, or regular volunteer of a youth service organization shall undergo a background check pursuant to Section 11105.3 of the Penal Code to identify and exclude any persons with a history of child abuse." This background check, per the Penal Code above, includes fingerprints. Live Scans will be mandatory for anyone who volunteers for the Little League. More information on this will come at a later date.

3) Little League International utilizes "Player Age/League Age" to appropriately place children into specific divisions. The registration system will route your player to the applicable divisions options based upon the Date of Birth entered and permanent division placement is decided during team formation. Eligible players will have a chance to "play up" when they try out. For example: You register your child and have the available divisions when registering: AA or AAA based upon the child's league age. Please select a division such as AA, attend try outs and let us know that your child would be interested in playing on a AAA team and the coaches will evaluate your child for AA or AAA. Should a AAA coach draft your child, your player will then move to the AAA division (additional fees may apply or refunds if the reverse occurs). Check child's playing age: LL Age Chart

4) Player Assessments are for AA, AAA, and Majors players ONLY (Draft Divisions) - dates for these assessments are Jan 17th and 24th. Kids wishing to be in one of those divisions are required to go to one of these assessments.

5) Please be advised that additional fees may apply during the season: money collected from Team Representative/Parent for banner/end of season events, etc. 

6) The pricing is for the season and includes uniforms, you will not have to pay for the uniform separately for the regular season.

7) There could be recording of games at Richards field and a possibility for these games to be broadcasted to Facebook or Youtube. Please inform us if you do not want your child recorded. Fill out this form and return it to your child's coach.
